Making time for Tea Mindfulness
If you're a tea lover like me your morning tea is an ideal time to encorporate mindfulness.
That morning cuppa is the ultimate time to brew some magic💫, not just tea!
Tea mindfulness is when I ritualise and utilise the time that it takes I make and enjoy a cup or pot of tea as the perfect moment to slow down, release and step out of my day and reoccurring thoughts to find a moment peace, reflection and intention .
I let go of my day to day responsibilities and prioritise my mental health by organising and focusing my thoughts. I create a clearing-a space for myself that will direct my entire day positively.
